Combine yeast and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add warm water to yeast mixture and let sit for approx. 5 mins (this allows time to let yeast activate).
Using bread hook stir in salt and flour. Mix until roughly blended.
Add olive oil and mix until the dough forms itself into a ball. (if dough is dry add a dash of water, if it is too wet at a sprinkle of flour).
Knead for an additional 10 minutes.
Transfer ball of dough to a greased bowl (keep using the olive oil) and roll the dough in the oil until fully covered.
Let rise for 45 min - 60min in a warm place.
After dough has risen, punch it down with 4 or 5 punches and divide into two equal parts.
Begin forming each part into a pizza shape, depending on if you want a circle or a rectangle, or what-have-you. Be sure to for a crust on the edge.
Prick the flat of the dough with a fork to help deflate big bread bubbles.
